Privacy: Provision of Services

This is an excerpt of our standard terms of service:

Privacy and Confidentiality

We will store and transmit all data received from You or created in the process of the service provided specifically for You confidentially. We will use industry standard practices to keep data safe and prevent unauthorised access. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to prevent such access and You agree that We cannot be held liable for data breaches beyond the limits set in the Limitation of Liabilities section.

We will keep it confidential that You have engaged our services, unless We are required to disclose by law or regulation. You agree not to make public that You have in the past used, are using or intend to use Our services. However, public disclosures are possible if both You and We agree to it in writing.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection

We will store and process a minimum amount of personal data about You for the provision of service, which is normally Your name, company (if relevant), physical address and e-mail address. We will not disclose these data to third parties unless required by law or regulation.

Retention

We will normally retain data required to perform the service, including work files and data You provide Us, for five years after the payment date of the last invoice. This is to enable Us to continue or start again providing the services to You, but this does not constitute a commitment and You should not rely on Us to retrieve past data after an engagement has ended.

If you wish Us to delete the data immediately, You will notify us in writing and We undertake to delete such data within a reasonable time, usually less than 14 days, with the exception of invoices, agreements, instructions and messages, logs, time sheets and similar documents that evidence that an engagement has taken place and what instructions We have received, in order to satisfy any reporting requirements we may have internally or required by law or regulation.
